At Modani Furniture, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every modern piece you select for your home. If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, our streamlined return policy allows for exchanges or refunds within 7 days of delivery for most items in original condition.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team or visit your local showroom within 7 days of receiving your order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare for Pickup or Shipment
Ensure all items are disassembled and securely placed back in their original manufacturer packaging, including all hardware and assembly instructions.
Inspection and Processing
Once the items are received at our distribution center, our quality control team will inspect the furniture for any signs of use or damage to verify eligibility.
Receive Refund or Credit
After a successful inspection, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking and delivery fees, within 10 to 14 business days.
